Paschald I thought medical cards were mean tested minister.1050 euros a week for over 70s? Pension of 53 grand still entitled. Yet people with long term illnesses no help apart from DPS. Their threshold a quarter of over 70s can't even get a gp card!!Do you think that's fair.
