The two former Ireland managers have fallen out over Brian Kerr’s criticism of Stephen Kenny during the latter’s reign as Ireland manager.

Brian Kerr has hit back at Stephen Kenny ’s ‘cup of tea’ jibe by insisting that he hasn’t had a cuppa with the new St Patrick’s Athletic boss in 25 years.

“He goes to the games and that's a big part of his life but no, I don't think we'll be meeting for cups of tea or coffee,” said the new Saints boss.READ MORE:Pep Guardiola's final message to Jurgen Klopp after Liverpool boss brought up Man City chargesHe said: “Well he actually said he wouldn’t go for a cup of tea or coffee, I’ve never drank coffee in my life.
