Every woman, and man, should be breast aware and know what is normal for them. The sooner you notice a change and get it seen by a doctor, the better your treatment will be.Techniques for checking your breasts Look for changes by using a mirror so that you can see the breasts from different angles. Feel for changes: An easy way of feeling your breast is with a soapy hand in the bath or shower. Some women prefer to feel for changes while lying down.
9 out of 10 breast changes won’t turn out to be breast cancer, but it's important to go to your GP if you have any symptoms and get them checked out.
