Beyoncé is set to release her latest album, Act II: Cowboy Carter but one track in particular has caught the attention of the people of Ireland.
The country album will have 27 songs on it, but one song named Riverdance is what has got us talking. Fans believe that this song is a nod to the Irish and is presumably inspired by Michael Flatley’s Irish dancing phenomenon that has made Irish dancing famous worldwide. Beyoncé’s latest single Texas Hold’em has had many Irish fans showing off their dancing skills on social media. Could this be the start of an Irish dancing trend? We’ll soon find out!Beyoncé has toured in Ireland an estimated 15 times and was the third woman in history to sell out Croke Park. We hope this new track means Queen B will be making a return to the Emerald Isle.
The tracklist release has sent Irish fans into a frenzy with many taking to X to share their reactions and speculations on what the track will entail. While another user said, “Riverdance?? beyonce doing riverdance?? like irish riverdance????? I would like to see it”Cowboy Carter will be released on Friday, March 29and whatever the Riverdance song may be about, we’re just hoping for an Irish Cowboy Carter trend.
