A tailor who is seeking asylum in Ireland is making facemasks for the people of Wexford where he lives

Aziz Mohiuddin makes around 50 to 100 masks per day when he has the proper materials, on a donated sewing machine.

General manager of the Rosslare Asylum Accommodation Centre Paul Walsh said the project "came about from Aziz's will to do something positive for the area". Another group of asylum seekers built a library at the centre from leftover materials after it was retrofitted earlier this year, with the local community donating books.

A decent guy. We need more like him in Ireland.

Where is he from? They don't say because you know it would be a safe country.

well done to this man, but there is lots of females in this country doing the same, and where is ur piece on them? stop with the agendas rte, stop with the constant divide ,

'look at me, I'm doing something, please give me a free house and money and the same for my extended family, some of whom will probably rape Irish girls'

He's good with a sewing machine so what we just ignore the law and let him in?

Your daily dose of refugee propaganda.

nicktolhurst Brilliant

sportsdes are you double jobbing?

Welcome to Ireland, your new forever home. Give this man his papers, he deserves them. He has stepped up in a time of need. Fair play.

isn't that sweet! ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!

Well done Aziz 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thank God for him. Glad he’s making Ireland home.

Legend . Doing more than some of the other people in this country

absolute legend

Good to see this man helping his community during the Pandemic.

Propaganda

SimonHarrisTD LeoVaradkar please grant asylum to all who are seeking it in our country

Thank you Aziz Mohiuddin

So because he is making face masks we are all suppose to feel sorry for him aww no

I’d rather have the place full of people who contribute not matter what colour they are.

😴😴😴😴

Fair play to him . He’s contributing , people like that should be rewarded not shouted abuse at .

Get lost with this propaganda

Nah!!

Fair play to that man for playing his part in fighting the virus.

Hes a good man ,and very welcome to ireland ,, shame on you hate filled people ,thaths why most of ur famailes are broke up because of ur bitterness,, you need to get masses said for yourselves and go to confessions and confess that inner hatred for refugees

Will RTÉ ever stop pumping out direct provision propaganda?

With the Tidy Towns asylum seekers come to help but then look for a letter for their asylum application so we can state they are an upstanding member of the community. Some of them are very good, they really roll up their sleeves when they come to help us

Fair play

They're all going home. Bye bye

This make the news really

Carry on.👍

Looking for Irish Citizenship. Time to deport these frauds. Reminds me of the article on The Irish Examiner on Ballyhaunis, Ireland's most diverse town. Asylum Seekers do one day of tidying up the town, then look for a reference to submit with application.

cheap propaganda. ever write the stories of the 90% liars that claim asylum and get to scam their way to staying here?

Fair play, at least he’s trying to make a difference

URs41 Good man.

Fair play to him!!

His country of origin could probably use those masks more. But its nice he can start to set up his own business here, I struggle myself.

Can he hurl?

Good on him. I cannot use a sewing machine.

Doesn't ring of a social welfare tourist like the other 90% of them, OUT! OUT! OUT!

He should be deported! 👍🏻

Genuine🤔
