All four sides were in Tailteann Cup action today.

Goals proved to be the difference in the Ulster v Munster contest as Antrim fired four past the Premier County in glorious sunshine.

The Saffrons had another goal a minute after the restart to move six points clear and give them a nice buffer to try and see out the game. After a tense start to the game, Colin Byrne's black card but Carlow under pressure and Laois swiftly rattled off 1-2 without reply to seize control of the game.
