New information emerged on a day when it was also revealed that our national broadcaster suffered €2.2 million in losses for its doomed Toy Show the Musical

The battle lines between members of RTÉ’s executive both past and present have been clearly drawn.

After a deluge of information was released late on Tuesday night and throughout Wednesday over the ongoing scandal, TDs sitting on the Oireachtas media committee lined up to ask for more details on the secret payments to Ryan Tubridy, the costs of the failed Toy Show musical, and payments from its three barter accounts to commercial clients.
