Many employees can expect a pay increase of five to 10 percent this year, according to a new report.
The latest Morgan McKinley salary guide says workers in key skill sectors could even see wage hikes of up to 20 percent. Director with the group Trayc Keevans says the biggest salary increases will be seen in construction, engineering and technology."Quantity surveyors will experience the highest increase in salaries... going from around €50,000 to €70,000."
Digital marketing executives are also expected to see their price rise, with a 12% salary increase expected this year.Remote working opportunities and decreased immigration has led to a very healthy employee market, for some.
