Alex Beresford has spoken out following the scenes, which led to Piers MorganDuring the first hour of the show, anchor Piers Morgan stormed off during a measured and impassioned analysis from Beresford of Morgan's conduct in his reporting of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.Beresford said:"And I understand that you don’t like Meghan Markle. You’ve made it so clear, a number of times on this programme. A number of times.
"And I understand that you’ve got a personal relationship with Meghan Markle and she cut you off, she’s entitled to cut you off, if she wants to. Has she said anything about you since she cut you off? I don’t think she has. But yet you continue to trash her." It was at that point that Morgan decided to stage one of his public pant-shittings, as he refused to take on board some constructive feedback after years of publicly trashing Meghan Markle - the worst of which came on Monday when he said he did not believe her when she said that she had felt suicidal.
