The ongoing absence of a Stormont executive is 'totally unacceptable' given the latest rises in energy prices in Northern Ireland, Michelle O'Neill has said

The ongoing absence of a Stormont executive is"totally unacceptable" given the latest rises in energy prices in Northern Ireland, Michelle O'Neill has said.

Powersharing at Stormont is on hold after the DUP refused to re-establish a devolved executive following May's Assembly election in protest at the Northern Ireland Protocol, which has created economic barriers on trade between Britain and Northern Ireland.

"But I encourage them again today on the back of these latest hikes to actually join the rest of us and actually get around the table and start to support people." She said:"There are things that are within the gift of the British government that we do not have the powers to do and they should be taxing the big companies, they should be making sure that there's a windfall tax that actually allows us to put that money directly to the public to help them through the cost-of-living crisis.

Lest we forget her party brutally murdered an elderly veteran of the Somme along with his son, and praise the killers to this day. Sir Norman Stronge

Luke O'Neill: Work underway on plans for winter vaccine programme | NewstalkProf Luke O'Neil says a new Omicron-specific COVID19 vaccine could be given along with the seasonal flu shot. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 These vaccines need to become seasonal and target the prevalent strains. Could probably produce a combined single dose flu & covid vaccine. Clinical trials of this combination have been on for over a year. Given that there are now vaccines for both Covid & Flu, a combo vaccine will take longer to be approved as there is no compelling public healthcare need to approve until safety & efficacy are fully assessed.

Bus services cancelled due to high levels of Covid-19 staff absences, Dáil hearsPeople in Wicklow had been 'left abandoned at bus stops' because of bus services being cancelled at late notice, the Dáil has heard This is strange as most buses still have shields to protect drivers and many are wearing masks, so how this is possible? NEPHET and useless politicians lied to us ? Funny, as Ireland, from many journalists and papers like yours, was a role model on tackling the pandemic. Hard to beat the ghost buses on the app and the electronic bus stops. In the ones that got the experimental jabs?
