3-4 day wait on results from new Covid-19 test centres

As of today, additional tests are being provided at 19 sites in all Community Healthcare Organisation areas .

Those suffering from symptoms of Covid-19 should ring their GP who will arrange a test if that is what their doctor believes is necessary. People referred for testing will have their appointments confirmed by text message and will be given details of when and where they should present. The HSE expects that a further five hospitals will be in a position to offer tests in the next week or so.

Yes and even if you wait 3-4 days and ring for an update, you are told they don't have an outcome yet as 'there are too many tests to get through' So how many people are actually being tested here to cause such a backlog?
