It may be niche but it’s getting a lot a rave reviews. In cinemas this weekend isthe biopic directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Baz Luhrmann starring newcomer Austin Butler and Oscar winner Tom Hanks. This story is seen through the prism of Elvis’ complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager Colonel Tom Parker .
Anyone can enter the “Thrift-Off 2022” challenge by putting a look together from their own wardrobe or coming up with an interesting new look from a charity shop or a friend’s wardrobe. Thriftify and Kavita will then select 16 entrants to participate, based on their passion for sustainability, fashion and styling expertise. Each successful participant will be given €130 to spend on Thriftify and will be tasked with putting together three outfits.
