Walking for 20-30 minutes is light exercise that suits your body condition when fasting.

Residents spend their time before breaking their fast by exercising in Gasibu Field, Bandung City, West Java, on Wednesday . One of the exercises being done is walking around Gasibu Field.is one of the recommended light sports. This option does not drain a lot of fluids when holding back thirst and hunger.

"I choose to walk because it is more relaxing and doesn't drain too much energy before breaking the fast," said Lola. "By walking, the body remains healthy and the mind always focuses. Walking also does not excessively deplete the body's fluids," said Iwan.The Head of Disease Prevention and Control Division of the West Java Health Office, Rochady Hendra Setia Wibawa, explained that walking is suitable during fasting. A duration of 20-30 minutes can prevent dehydration during fasting.

The trigger of catastrophic diseases is poor blood circulation. This is caused by several factors, including poor diet, lack of exercise, and minimal sleep time. "It is expected that those who are fasting consume eight glasses of plain water during the period between breaking the fast and the pre-dawn meal. This method is effective in preventing dehydration while carrying out activities during fasting," he said.
