I enjoy Iyengar Yoga, and the focus on re-centering and meditation. I first discovered Rodney Yee’s DVD 10 years ago and I find his voice very calming.
I started with 15 minute sessions and I have gradually built it up to half an hour, one hour and even an hour and a half over time. His lessons are lifesavers for me. If I’m undergoing a lot of stress or don’t feel like I can function, 15 minutes of yoga helps me to breathe, reflect and get going again. My dream is to go on a yoga retreat with him.
