Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and NASCAR legend, passed away at the age of 41. He died unexpectedly, leaving behind his wife, Samantha Busch, their two children, and his brother Kurt Busch. Busch also had a younger sister, Julia Busch, who was involved in women’s racing.

Two days before, he participated in a truck series where he won the EcoSave 200. Following his final NASCAR race, Busch shared a message with fans reflecting the potential end of his career. “He is currently undergoing treatment and will not compete in any of his scheduled activities this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. We ask for understanding and privacy as our family navigates this situation. ” Busch was scheduled to compete in the Coca-Cola 600 on May 24. Busch’s team, Richard Childress Racing, announced that Austin Hill would be taking his place.
“Kyle Busch’s health is our upmost priority and he and his family have the full resources of RCR behind them,” RCR said in a statement posted via X. “Kyle is an integral part of our organization and we wish him a safe and speedy recovery.
