Mexican regional star Calle 24, also known as Diego Millán, will embark on his first major U.S. headlining tour, the Eterno Tour, starting July 30 in San Jose and ending Sept. 18 in Chicago. Promoted by Live Nation and Street Mob Records, the 15-date trek comes on the heels of his debut solo album 'Brightside' and a series of chart-topping hits. He promises high-energy shows for his fans.
Mexican regional music sensation Calle 24 has announced a major 15-date tour across the United States. Dubbed the Eterno Tour , the concert series is promoted by Live Nation in collaboration with his record label, Street Mob Records .
The tour will commence on July 30 in San Jose, California, and will make stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Denver, and Atlanta before concluding on September 18 in Chicago. This tour marks a significant milestone for the 23-year-old artist, whose real name is Diego Millán, as he gears up to perform for his large and dedicated U.S. fanbase.
"I'm nervous, but at the same time excited to be on stage singing for my fans in the United States, who have always shown me so much love," Calle 24 expressed in an interview. "I'm going to put in a lot of effort to give them a show full of energy," he promised.
Calle 24's rise in the music industry has been meteoric since he was discovered and signed by Jesús Ortiz Paz (JOP) of Fuerza Regida to Street Mob Records in 2021. Hailing from Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, he first gained recognition by writing tracks like "Sabor Fresa" and "Crazyz" for Fuerza Regida, which earned him JOP's trust and mentorship. While initially known for his contributions to the corrido genre, Calle 24 has successfully expanded his musical palette.
His debut solo album, "Brightside," released in April 2024, showcases this evolution, featuring collaborations such as "Beses Así" with Grupo Frontera, a Norteño-Tejano track that steps away from traditional corridos. The album's success, along with prior hits like "Qué Está Pasando" and "Qué Onda" (the latter with JOP's group), have charted on Billboard's Hot 100 and Hot Latin Songs charts. He now commands an impressive 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
Reflecting on his growth, Calle 24 noted the evolution of his relationship with his mentor.
"When I first started working with him, I was 17 years old, and we didn't agree on some things. However, everything has changed; now we know each other well, and everything flows easily," he stated. The Eterno Tour represents his first major headlining tour in the United States, a testament to his rapid ascent. Ticket sales will begin with a presale on May 28 via the Live Nation official website, followed by general public sales starting on May 29.
A selection of the tour dates has been released, including stops in San Diego, El Paso, Irving, Atlanta, and Houston, with more expected to be announced later
