According to court records, the victim told investigators he was home with others when several shots of gunfire hit his house. The victim was hit twice in the thigh and leg, the court filings indicate. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries at an area hospital. After she was identified as a suspect, the affidavit notes that Brown admitted to investigators in an interview that she was the driver of the vehicle that drove the co-defendants to the victim’s residence.
