Bloc Québécois leader Yves-François Blanchet will be joining Paul Wells in conversation for Maclean’s Live, held at the newly renovated National Arts Centre in Ottawa on Dec. 12, 2019 at 7 p.m. ET. It will be streamed live on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and macleans.ca/live. This is the second conversation of the third season of Maclean’s Live, presented by the Canadian Bankers Association in partnership with the NAC and CPAC.
This is the seventh Maclean’s Live event of 2019, and the 15th conversation Wells has conducted with leading Canadian political figures. Last month, he sat down with The Atlantic writer David Frum. In May 2019, he sat down with international president of Médecins Sans Frontières Joanne Liu. In April, he sat down with Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz. In March, he sat down with Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami president Natan Obed. In February, he sat down with Canadian ambassador to the U.
