Youth Navigator – Youth Wellness Hub will support and assist in creating a safe and accepting environment for youth with a special emphasis on the 2SLGBTQ+, Indigenous youth and other marginalized community youth. Supports and services provide by Youth Wellness Hubs Algoma include but are not limited to mental health, addictions, primary care, employment/training, housing, skills and well-being activities and other community and social services.Office Administration college diploma is an asset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, participate in supervision; incorporate constructive feedback, attend meetings, complete assigned paper work with accuracy and on-time. Participation in the supervisory, peer consultation, quality assurance, program evaluation and accreditation processes.Ability to provide services in both official languages .A satisfactory criminal records check, including a vulnerable person’s record check.Full COVID-19 Vaccination.
