23-year-old faces six charges, including three counts of assaulting a peace officer

A 23-year-old woman is accused of kicking three Sault Ste. Marie police officers while being arrested over the weekend.

“As an officer was placing the accused into the cruiser, the accused kicked the officer,” says a news release issued today by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service. While in custody at police headquarters, the suspect allegedly kicked two other police officers "multiple times."
