Who was Const. Grzegorz 'Greg' Pierzchala? OPP officer killed on first solo day on the job

Const. Grzegorz "Greg" Pierzchala was responding to calls on his own for the first time in his Ontario Provincial Police career when he was shot and killed Tuesday.

“[He] had a brief opportunity to live out his dream and to do his best to keep our community safe," Carrique told CTV News Toronto. He was awarded senior athlete of the year by St. Joan of Arc Catholic High School after qualifying for OFSAA in swimming and wrestling and participating in soccer, track and field, weight training and rowing.

Pierzchala was responding to a call about a vehicle in a ditch near Hagersville, Ont. shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when he was shot and killed.

To Steve Ryan, the motivation behind this unfortunate incident was not driven by the pretense of being incarcerated, the offender gained status in prison for the rest of his life, check his association with Manitoba gangs, ie Indian posse etc,

We should be thankful to God for such and these people who do not care for their lives and do all for us! The guilty should receive such punishments so that all others will not dare do such crimes

Are we going to get some kind of sobbing stories about how he had a ruff life because he’s Indian. Is this murder going to be handled in a different way. I sure hope not. Let’s see all the charges first and we can take it from there.

The Justice system he worked for failed him. His Killer was arrested in 2021 on a firearms charge and was let go, never showed up for parole, but lets take away James in Sudburys hunting gun but go soft on actual criminals.

He died helping and got killed for it . Cherish all police officers for their selflessness
