Franklin suggests taking a course or re-tooling some of your skills if needed, a step that will make you “attractive in a new way to prospective employers.”While things may seem overwhelming, now’s not the time to panic. Instead, focus on building on the experience you gained at your previous job and leveraging this into your next.
