Environment Canada has issued a weather advisory for the City of Toronto with heavy snow and total accumulations of 5 to 10 cm by Monday evening.Commuters should prepare for reduced visibility and blowing snow, the agency warns. Snow will begin this afternoon and continue through the evening. Southwesterly winds over Lake Ontario will greater impact areas closer to the lake.for road conditions and traveller information.

Because what the snowplow leaves is more than snow. YES! That sounds like it could be an expensive proposition. The question is should property taxes of all Torontonians go up to pay for it?
