On the morning of Sept. 28, an employee spotted someone rummaging through a vehicle that was parked at a business on Bay Street.
As the employee attempted to take a photo of the suspect in order to report the incident to police, they were pepper-sprayed and the suspect fled the scene on a yellow bicycle.Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 705-942-7867 or 1-800-222-8477.
