Visintin says no one was arrested at the eatery and no tickets were issued, adding any further action would be taken by provincial health authorities.The closure notice was issued by Vancouver Coastal Health after concerns from the public. The restaurant’s Instagram post on Sunday describes the last two days as a “roller-coaster” but does not mention the closure order.

The license should be taken away and the restaurant boarded up - this is ridiculous- this restaurant is a slap in the face of Covid deaths and my relatives who have lost their lives.
Should patrons not also be fined? What about waivers agreeing not to access health care in event of illness?

Was she the same lady with a small child who suffers from CF? She had zero mask on during her recent protest gathering. I support standing up to unjust closures but her specific approach and behaviour were dangerous& irresponsible.
