It's a simple structure with a sanctuary area and other spaces that have been used by the local community .The real estate listing for the site notes that the property is a "large west side multiplex development" site.
"The property represents a rare opportunity to acquire a large multiplex development site located in the sought-after West Point Grey neighbourhood," states the listing. Four options are given for the site: turning it into three single-family homes, up to 12 units in a multiplex development, use as is, or heritage restoration.
