The Heritage Foundation think tank is even building a database of Trump acolytes who can be parachuted into government departments. Despite unprecedented legal troubles – the first former president to be criminally indicted faces four trials, including for trying to overturn his 2020 election loss – he is virtually certain to win the Republican nomination. Polling suggests he will triumph on Super Tuesday, March 5, when 16 states hold primaries
