Scheer says he’s asked the head of the RCMP to take another look at Trudeau’s actions to determine whether he violated laws on obstructing justice

OTTAWA — Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer says the federal ethics commissioner’s stinging conclusions about Justin Trudeau’s handling of the SNC-Lavalin affair appear to align with a criminal offence.

“This shocking conclusion against a sitting prime minister appears to align with Sec. 139 of the Criminal Code defining obstruction of justice.” Dion concluded that Trudeau’s attempts to influence Wilson-Raybould on the matter contravened the act, which prohibits public office holders from using their position to try to influence a decision that would improperly further the private interests of a third party.

During an event Monday in Quebec City, Trudeau repeated his line that it’s a prime minister’s responsibility to “stand up for jobs” and to protect families and retirees. He added he will do it in a way that upholds the independence of the judicial system and of prosecutors.

‘Appears to align’? What kind of language is that? He claimed via RobertFife when he kicked off his campaign that the RCMP is investigating and the Liberals aren’t cooperating. What’s the truth here?

All our political parties are horrible.. Is this the best we can do. Time to star over.

Lobby or stand up for a decision to were not hurt Workers, it is not crime, it good to do for a Prime Minister, it was not instruct of Justice because Ms. Wilson made her own decision.

A textbook case of disinformation used by Conservatives around the globe. Trump, Brexit, and now Canada. Don’t be fooled, the accusers are the guilty ones.
