Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's promise to support the West should be more than lip service or there will be lasting damage to national unity, say the premiers of the oil-producing Prairie provinces.

The federal Liberals secured a minority mandate in Monday's federal election, but did not retain a single seat in Saskatchewan or Alberta.

The Conservatives won 33 out of 34 seats in the province and the Liberals lost the three seats they held. Only the NDP was able to keep its one seat in Edmonton. In Saskatchewan, the Conservatives won 14 out of 14 seats. Liberal veteran Ralph Goodale, who had held his Regina Wascana seat for more than 25 years, was swept out.

"Last night's election results showed the sense of frustration and alienation in Saskatchewan is now greater than it has been at any point in my lifetime." Moe said Trudeau must fulfil the demands of the two provinces if he is serious about reaching out to the West.

Jason,Moe, and Doug - the new 3 Stooges!

This guy is full of moe!

Must keep his promise? You’re kidding right? Still no drinkable water and mold filled homes in northern communities. Canada does not deal in promises

nothing but broken promises past 4 yrs and more to come nxt 4 more years ..

HAHAHA, seperate now.

Why would he, he doesn’t need us.

Moe and Kenney need to recognize how much the PM has done and start working cooperatively

Where’s Larry?

Stop saying west. Saskberta is out there on their own. BC Yukon NWT want nothing to do with this idiocy. Start your new country. United Alberta Emirates with Sheikh Kenney as your leader. cdnpoli cdnmedia

Translated into English: “Even though we hate you and wish for your demise, we demand even more money from you.”

PremierScottMoe it is time to look at other options like Thunder Bay

HELL NO! WEST CAN'T GO! SORE LOSERS!

Might've been a good idea to have put your support somewhere besides 'big oil.'

He wont

Kenney and Moe can sit the fuck down for a minute or two

What a piece of work this guy is. Who the hell would ever want to work with that

The divide has been created by AB premiers over decades by not addressing the lack of diversity in the economy. Too many eggs in one basket and the world is turning to cleaner energy. Rhederic from the likes of Scheer have not helped relations. Time to pull together.

All relationships are reciprocal. What are Moe and Kenney’s obligations towards Canada?

Bahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha , Sure !

by that though we don't mean do everything these conservative premiers say , we mean show us you care n i believe he does

Sorry, he meant BC, Alberta isn't 'The West'

Sure, but just his pals there 💯🤣

No...

Does JustinTrudeau even know how to keep a campaign promise?

This Election was rigged. Liberals in my area shouldn't of won. We had them by 300 votes then global polls glitched and the numbers for liberals were 1000 ahead.

Seriously, enough. There's more to this country than just Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Opinion: Federal election 2019: The new government’s first priority? Look WestGary Mason: 'Barring some unexpected, cataclysmic economic event, dealing with Alberta’s energy future (and by extension Saskatchewan’s) is going to have to be a top priority for the new government.' What a joke. Alberta needs to separate. Why? Apparently Canadians don’t need nor want made in Canada energy. Why? It’s been a higher priority of this government than the last one and Alberta and Saskatchewan voters rejected it outright.
