Other brands noted in the study include General Motors, which took five wins over three brands, including the Cadillac XT5 for luxury mid-size SUVs for the fourth time; the Chevy Silverado 3500 for full-size one-ton pickup for the third time; and the GMC Savana 3500 for full-size one-ton passenger van for the second year in a row.
In the van segment, it was Mercedes-Benz and Ford that rose to the top, with the Sprinter and Transit Connect in both cargo and passenger guise. Two of Kia’s models were also named, as well as one each from Ram, Mitsubishi, Audi, and Infiniti.
