Canada’s transportation regulator doesn’t track 97% of air passenger claimsThe CTA does not know how many complaints were resolved in favour of the customer and what compensation was issued So basically we have a regulator whose mandate is to oversee the resolution of consumer claims and isn't just not doing its job, but can't even if it wanted to because they're not tracking claims 🤦‍♂️ The insanity just keeps coming in and piling up. Could this Transport Minister be any more useless? Privacy concerns rule Ottawa, but really just an excuse to do less work. Time for the airline regulator to fine some airlines for the shoddy treatment of passengers. Same old won't do.
