Travelling to Nova Scotia for the first time on Tuesday will be a new experience for the Montclair, N.J., native. Not that Bradley will have much time for sightseeing. TFC will face Canadian Premier League side HFX Wanderers in Canadian Championship quarter-finals action on Tuesday night — a one-game affair that will be contested at the Wanderers Grounds.

The Wanderers Grounds, adjacent to downtown Halifax, seats close to 6,500 fans for soccer and is expected to be packed on Tuesday night. Shaffelburg told Glenn MacDonald of SaltWire.com this week that he is “pretty confident” that he’ll be good to go.

HFX Wanderers FC is coached by the highly-respected Stephen Hart, who was the Canadian national team head coach from 2009-2012. So, if anything, the Wanderers will be an organized and motivated group.Article content
