ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — A Torbay man charged with a dozen sexual violence offences against teenagers has been released on bail.

Richard is charged with three counts each of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching in relation to that incident, as well as another of each of those charges for events alleged to have occurred between April 1 and April 28.
