Fear Inoculum, the band’s fifth album and first since 2006’s 10,000 Days, was released in 2019 to critical acclaim. The group is also renowned for its live shows with Loudwire dubbing the band’s 2022 sold-out shows “a masterclass of immersion, sound and stage design, musicianship … and levels of ungodly tightness.”
Tool won its fourth Grammy award in 2020 for best metal performance and will be headlining a number of festivals ahead of the six-week run of 2023 concerts kicking off Sept. 22 in Louisville, Ky., and wrapping up with back-to-back Toronto shows on Nov. 19 and 20.
