Thunder Bay man charged with sexual assault of a youth

Robert Neal Boucher, 55, was arrested on Friday and appeared in bail court Saturday, where he was remanded into custody at the district jail. He was charged with sexual interference, sexual assault, and luring a person under 16 by means of telecommunication.
