Glad too hear that all they Do is waste that extra cup and wonder why we are down so many cups a day in the garbage! Just use a sleeve that is all or bring your own double cup instead!

Just buy a decent cup, train staff properly, no over filling, no spillage or use the sleeves without customer having to request one. I love my Timmys and I go daily
More worried about the lids. Last time I got coffee they didn’t have the lids on black coffee all over my hand 2 degree burn.
The double cup isn’t to keep you from getting burned. It’s to add insulation to the cup system to keep it warmer longer. McDonalds has the best double wall cup.

Tim Hortons isn’t a “thing” anymore. It used to be a Canadian Institution. Since selling to a US company the food, coffee and service have gone down hill.

I ask for quad cups. Winter's coming and I use them for the wood stove.
