Breaking: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died from complications of cancer. She was 87.

Ginsburg, who was once passed over for a clerkship on the Supreme Court because of her gender, was the second woman to sit on the nation’s highest court after Sandra Day O’Connor, and the first Jewish woman to do so.
