UPDATED: Court Justice Clement Gascon found safe, Ottawa police say

Gascon, 59, had been missing for several hours Wednesday after last being seen heading southwest along Wellington Street in Ottawa.Last month, Gascon announced he would be stepping down from the Supreme Court, citing family and personal reasons. He has served on the country’s highest court for five years.
