We caught up with Bridgette Pysh, a co-founder of the salon alongside Jayme Smith and Maria Hoggard, to learn more:Q: For those who aren’t familiar, what is The Grove?Well, quite literally, the grove is a group of trees, or small wood orchard. For us, it’s a space we designed to create wearable hairstyles in a space where natural elements can be found.
We prioritize the needs of those working for us and give them their individual space to grow. Mentorship and education is a large part of who we are. The Grove is what is called a hybrid shop where you will see independent artists with rental space/chairs blended with employees all working together in harmony to celebrate each others success. We also are very proud of our team of brilliant and friendly stylists.Anyone who wants to have great hair, great skin, great lashes and nails.
