B.C.'s economy, health care and housing to be the focus of throne speechBritish Columbia's economy will be a key focus in the throne speech as politicians return to the legislature for the spring sitting. What an abject disappointment and failure Dave_Eby has been so far. All hot air and no substance just like the rest of the NDP MLA. So sad. Recall these muppets and give them the gift of an early retirement! Let us guess: It will ignore the poorest 20% of the population and keep them at below poverty rates because all the money went to those who already have more than enough? Will Dave_Eby hide the un-housed behind another bus or will he just use it to run them over?

Letters: Courageous dissent against Canada's thought policeReaders discuss freedom of speech and thought, how to target gun crime, Holocaust remembrance, and more In my view, Trudeau has already proved his Daddy's constitution, isn't worth the piece of toilet paper it was printed on. kudos how true Luckily we are not a military power, otherwise the leftists in this nation would have attacked US and the free world already. Ideology wise, they are the biggest threat, but they are only capable of barking not biting.

B.C. legislative session preview: Expect big-spending budget and a possible health-care dealThe 11-week spring legislative session kicks off Monday with the throne speech laying out the government's broad vision for the year ahead. Finance Minister Katrine Conroy will present the budget on Feb. 28. The SG's in a conflict of intertest. Police commissioner's fraud, facilitated by it and means we don't get police, as defined by the act. Had the AG admitted understanding the breach of statutes, they'd be in a conflict of interest continuing with their own government. Criminals! SG tells the OIPC the records needed to confirm police oversight's not in breach of statutes cannot be released. The AG should be the one in control and insisting the SG not allow this conflict to continue. But, the AG became premier instead. Where's the new AG? It's criminal.
