Woman was arrested by Toronto Police on March 14 and transported to Sudbury

An arrest has been made for the March 10 shooting on Brebeuf Avenue that left a man in critical condition.

On March 11, GSPS released additional information on the incident. Police said officers had been dispatched to a residence on Davidson Street in the Uptown neighbourhood at around 5:15 p.m. that Sunday for a weapons complaint, as well as a report that a person had been shot and needed medical attention.

“Through the investigation, it is believed that the original altercation took place inside the residential unit on Brebeuf Avenue and that the individuals involved fled the area prior to police arrival.”
