Sophie Grégoire Trudeau to publish self-help book Closer Together in spring 2024

Closer Together: Knowing Ourselves, Loving Each Other,is a self-help book that melds together Grégoire Trudeau's own experiences and interviews with experts to work towards self-knowledge, acceptance and empowerment.

It discusses her childhood, her struggles with an eating disorder as a teen and young adult, her career as a speaker and a television host, becoming a mother of three, as well as the responsibilities that come with being married to the prime minister. This is the first release of a two-book deal with Penguin Random House Canada, the second of which will be a picture book.
