Craig Young said the suspect tried to enter a taxi after crashing the police canine unit SUV, when officers arrived at the scene and arrested him. Probably time for the city to hire security guards? Thankful the dogs are ok. Police are refusing to comment on how the vehicle was so easily stolen.
