Ontario's new pandemic strategy risks 'out of control' transmission, epidemiologists warn | CBC NewsTwo Ontario epidemiologists are warning that recent changes to the province's COVID-19 pandemic strategy risk uncontrolled transmission of the virus, while at the same time, limiting the ability to measure its spread. Transmission has literally always been 'out of control'. Or did we learn nothing from the useless travel bans? The number of hospitalizations is the only figure that matters. Those are quite low with the new variant. If we look mainly at case counts, this will never end. Fear Porn from CBC what a surprise. Like CTV you are unfollowed until covid is over. Lately you have been showing someone being tested with every article and it's disgusting and unnecessay.

Biden is spending $1.2 trillion on infrastructure — here's what that means for Canada | CBC NewsU.S. President Joe Biden signed a bipartisan infrastructure deal last month, a significant domestic achievement for an embattled president that will flow hundreds of billions of dollars in federal money to infrastructure projects nationwide. Buried in that 1,039-page bill are provisions that might also mean new roads and railway service for Canadians. My personal experience of the line to Seattle was that it took 90 minutes to clear Vancouver. Despite the marketing, that line is 19th Century slow. Thank you President Biden!
