The SIU says there is no reason to charge a Durham police officer after a man suffered a broken leg after being bit by a police dog in Oshawa. It was reported that a man assaulted a woman and was in violation of a release order for being in her vicinity.
The dog found the man in the backyard of a home on Cricklewood Drive and latched onto his lower right leg.Either this man is an anomaly, the doctor needs checking into, or the author needs to brush up on human physiology. The calf is a muscle, with no bones to be broken.
