Members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary saw a vehicle travelling erratically and speeding in the centre of the city.The driver then headed to the Mount Pearl area, where the vehicle went over an embankment, and the driver was arrested. The man is facing charges of dangerous driving, flight from police, failing the breathalyzer and impaired driving.
