RNC arrest and charge 20-year-old man for impaired driving after fleeing from police

Penguins On Ice | SaltWire #pittsburghpenguins #novascotia #nhl #sidneycrosbyST. JOHN'S, N.L. — A 20-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after he failed to stop for police and refused a breathalyzer test in St. John's on Oct. 14.

Members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary saw a vehicle travelling erratically and speeding in the centre of the city.The driver then headed to the Mount Pearl area, where the vehicle went over an embankment, and the driver was arrested. The man is facing charges of dangerous driving, flight from police, failing the breathalyzer and impaired driving.
