The Sacramento Kings have reportedly fired head coach Luke Walton.

The Kings are 6-11 on the season, putting them 12th in the 15-team Western Conference. One of those last six losses in their last seven games came against the Toronto Raptors on Friday.

Wojnarowski reports that Alvin Gentry, an associate coach with the team and a former head coach in the NBA, is the consensus pick to take over. Walton, an NBA player for 10 years and two-time league champion with the Lakers, was 68-93 over more than two seasons with the Kings.
