Times Colonist, you need to correct your story. Constable Yang was stabbed first then shot the man. Exactly!! Get it right. Why would they even need to review this. And silly question, but how would they refer this to crown anyways for charges ? She is, unfortunately, no longer with us, which is sad for her just doing her job.
