It once took me MONTHS to finally get the RCMP and SPCA to file cruelty charges against an owner of some abandoned, starving horses on my rental property. So for them to lay the charges in this case, the unfathomable suffering by these poor horses must have been... lengthy 😥.
Hope for long time in jail and without food. Hate this type of people.
