Reciprocity and fair treatment makes loyal & productive employees, not deceit, arrogance and betrayal. Amazing how many companies do not understand the correlation between toxic workplaces and workers who give up trying.
Smh... likely a huge factor, duh.
Working from home (PT or FT), provides flexibility but it also adds stress and extends working hours. Small business owners are used to this but working folks are not, IMO.
Trying to blame anyone but who is responsible.
